Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage statutory, internal, tax, and concurrent audit assignments.

- Review audit workpapers and ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.

- Plan, execute, and monitor audit engagements within timelines.

- Handle client communication and build long-term professional relationships.

- Guide and mentor audit team members and review their performance.

- Identify business risks and provide practical recommendations to clients.

- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Accounting Standards, Ind AS, and other applicable regulations.

- Coordinate with partners and support business development initiatives.

- Participate in client presentations, proposals, and practice development activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).





- 7-12 years of post-qualification experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm.

- Proven experience in handling audit engagements independently.

- Prior team management and client-facing experience is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Assurance.

- Sound understanding of Companies Act, Accounting Standards, Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, and corporate compliance.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Robust leadership, communication, and client management abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and teams effectively.
