Job Title: Oracle EPM / EPBCS Consultant

Job Summary:

OSI Digital is looking for an experienced Oracle EPM / EPBCS Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS). The ideal candidate will support budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and financial planning processes while delivering end-to-end Oracle EPM solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with onshore consultants to support Oracle EPM / EPBCS implementation and support projects

- Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle EPBCS solutions

- Configure Oracle EPBCS Financials and Workforce Planning modules

- Develop forms, dashboards, task lists, approvals, and security configurations

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Groovy scripts, EPM Automate, and Shell/PowerShell scripts

- Coordinate data integration, validation, UAT, go-live, and post-production support

- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within Oracle EPM environments

Required Skills:





- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM / EPBCS

- Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle EPBCS implementation projects

- Strong expertise in Financials and Workforce Planning modules

- Experience with EPBCS configuration, business rules, and functional support

- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

- Experience with Groovy, EPM Automate, Shell, or PowerShell scripting

- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across global time zones

- Flexible to work the late shift (4:00 PM IST – 1:00 AM IST)

Good to Have:

- Experience with Capital Planning or Projects modules

- Exposure to Data Integration and Data Management

- Knowledge of additional Oracle EPM modules

- Oracle EPM / EPBCS Certification

We Are Not Looking for Someone Who:

- Has never worked directly with clients

- Lacks hands-on Oracle EPM / EPBCS implementation experience

- Is not comfortable working in overlapping shifts with global teams
