Role & Responsibilities

- Support the end-to-end credit management process in partnership with Client Managers and Credit Product Officers.
- Act as a primary liaison between clients, client teams, credit services, and other business partners.
- Facilitate the timely collection of client financial information.
- Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction throughout the credit management process.
- Follow up on loan-monitoring activities to help maintain a sound credit portfolio.
- Monitor credit compliance and resolve documentation, collateral, and past-due exceptions.




- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of credit-related data.

Preferred Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and the ability to perform effectively in a quick-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize work efficiently.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior exposure to loan closing, portfolio management, or loan servicing is preferred.
- Business background, relevant degree, or understanding of credit is an advantage.

Eligibility

- B.E., B.Com, M.Com, MBA, or any other undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
