Job Description

We are hiring Trade Derivatives Analysts / Associates with experience in Investment Banking Operations to support Middle Office Derivatives functions. The role involves end-to-end trade lifecycle management, derivatives processing, trade reconciliations, break resolution, cash settlements, and coordination with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Process derivative trades in internal systems.
- Manage the complete trade lifecycle from trade capture through settlement.
- Perform cash and position reconciliations and investigate breaks.
- Liaise with counterparties, custodians, brokers, and internal teams to resolve trade and settlement exceptions.
- Process and monitor derivative cash flows, including margin-related activities.
- Escalate operational issues and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
- Support trade matching, settlement, and exception management.
- Maintain operational controls and ensure adherence to internal policies.
- Work closely with global Middle Office, Operations, and Technology teams.

Required Skills

- 13 years of experience in Investment Banking / Capital Markets Operations.
- Hands-on experience in Derivatives Operations,



Trade Support, or Middle Office.
- Positive understanding of the trade lifecycle.
- Experience in cash reconciliation, position reconciliation, and break resolution.
- Exposure to trade matching, settlements, clearing, and cash flow processing.
- Good knowledge of derivative products such as Futures, Options, Swaps, or FX products.

- Strong MS Excel skills.
