- Manage Logistic operations including Transportation, Freight billing, Shipping life cycle, customer documentation, accessorial changes, disputes and freight audit concepts.
- Ensure delivery meets client SLAs and contractual obligations
- Oversee daily back-office production and team performance
- Drive productivity and process improvements to achieve financial targets
- Manage budgets, profitability, and resource planning
- Lead and mentor Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and teams
- Handle client interactions and maintain solid stakeholder relationships
- Monitor operational metrics and present performance reports
- Ensure process compliance with BPMS/ISO standards
- Support hiring, training, and workforce development
