1. Take a complete download on the creative requirement from the respective Project
2. Work on a Marcom Brief for the campaign/creative requirement and share it with the ad agency
along with the mediums required and the desired timeline.
3. The briefs shared with the ad agency have to be elaborate and complete. Avoid sending half-baked briefs.
4. The Marcom Brief has to be wholesome with Communication Propositions, Insights and Ideas based on the creative requirement.
5. Post mailing the Marcom Brief to the ad agency, get on a call with the agency (preferably with both Client Servicing & Creative team),
to brief them about the requirement for better clarity on the requirement.
6. Follow-up regularly with the agency to track the progress of the creative deliverables, so that they don't miss the deadline.
7. Ask for a minimum of 2 to 3 creative options for any particular creative requirement, based on the complexity of the creative.
8. Once the creative options are shared, the creative has to be discussed with the respective Project Head and a consolidated feedback has to be shared with the agency for revision.
