Job Title: Project Manager Print & Digital

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the Creative Design, Print, and Digital industry to manage client projects, teams, and end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage project requirements.
- Handle global project requests, clarify briefs, and provide realistic timelines and cost estimates.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate closely with clients, internal teams, vendors, and freelancers.
- Manage team utilization, project workload, billing reports, and performance metrics.
- Provide technical and creative guidance to teams and clients.
- Maintain process documentation and analyse errors to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:





- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 8–10+ years of experience in the Print, Digital, Creative Design, or MarComm industry.
- Strong experience in Project Management, Client Management, and Team Management.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of print and digital advertising workflows.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in versatile shifts, including day, night, and weekend shifts, as required.
- Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.
- PMP certification is an added advantage.
