Should have 5+ years of experience in HR reporting, HR analytics, HRIS reporting, or related Oracle Cloud HCM reporting roles. Preferred Experience Prior experience supporting People Analytics, HR Reporting, HRIS, or Workforce Analytics teams Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM subject areas, OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, or Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence Experience with automated reporting delivery and recurring report maintenance Experience with ETL, data integration, or sandbox data environments Experience supporting release testing, UAT, or defect resolution Experience working with IT teams on source system data availability, data warehouse support, or BI administration
