Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute electrical installation works at project sites.
- Ensure execution of HT/LT electrical works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate installation of electrical panels, transformers, cable trays, conduits, cable laying, earthing, and lighting systems.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed safely and on time.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Review electrical drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Plan manpower, materials, and equipment required for project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and material requirement reports.
- Support testing, commissioning, and successful project handover.
- Verify subcontractor work and measurements for billing purposes.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of HT & LT electrical systems.
- Experience in cable laying, panel installation, earthing, and electrical distribution systems.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams (SLD).
- Knowledge of electrical codes, IS standards,



and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, supervision, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage site teams and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in electrical project execution or supervision.
