- Design and develop innovative lighting solutions for automobiles, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate lighting systems into vehicle designs, considering factors such as aesthetics, functionality, and cost.
- Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory changes to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- Develop detailed specifications for new product launches, including technical drawings, testing procedures, and quality control protocols.

Job Requirements :

- 6-10 years of experience in the automobile lighting industry or related field (e.g., electrical engineering).
- Robust understanding of automotive regulations (e.g., ECE R13) and industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949).
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) for designing complex components like headlights, taillights, etc.
- Experience working with various materials used in automotive applications (plastics, metals).
