Job Summary:
Manage daily pest control operations, coordinate service teams, ensure quality service, and drive sales by generating leads, acquiring new customers, and renewing AMC contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and supervise daily service operations.
- Coordinate technicians and ensure timely service.
- Generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and close deals.
- Manage customer relationships and AMC renewals.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain service records.
Requirements:
- 25 years of experience in pest control with sales experience.
- Positive communication and customer handling skills.
- Knowledge of pest control methods and safety practices.
- Basic computer skills and a valid driving license preferred
