We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Life Sciences and IT project delivery. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams in delivering technology solutions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and digital health clients while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation through deployment and post-production support.
- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
- Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud, and Business Analysis teams.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.
- Ensure adherence to Life Sciences regulatory and quality standards, including GxP and Computer System Validation (CSV), where applicable.
- Support client audits,



documentation reviews, and compliance activities.
- Drive continuous process improvement and delivery excellence.
- Mentor project team members and foster collaboration across global teams.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3 5 years as a Project Manager.
- Proven experience managing projects for Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, or Healthcare clients.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Robust planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar.
