Role & responsibilities

- Designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar automation tools.
- Automating application deployments for microservices and containerized applications across multi cloud(Azure, AWS, GCP, In-house DC) environments.
- Developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
- Strong hands-on experience in independently designing, developing, and maintaining Terraform code from scratch, including reusable modules, remote state management, variables, outputs, and infrastructure provisioning following Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.
- Implementing configuration management using Ansible, Ansible Tower/Automation Controller, Puppet, or Chef.
- Hands-on experience in developing Ansible playbooks, roles, inventories, and automation workflows from scratch to automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and configuration management.
- Managing cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP, with experience in multi-cloud environments preferred.
- Working with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm for container orchestration and application deployment.
- Writing automation scripts using Python, Bash,



or PowerShell to streamline operational processes.
- Implementing monitoring and observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.
- Working with messaging platforms such as Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming.
- Implementing secure infrastructure using HashiCorp Vault, IAM, and security best practices.
- Collaborating with development, QA, and operations teams to troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues.
- Performing root cause analysis, performance tuning, and continuous optimization of cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Cloud Application(SAAS) hosting, Cloud Application Support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with a passion for automation, continuous improvement, and adopting contemporary DevOps practices.
