Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for the patient profiling (Taking Vital parameters & patient history)
- Responsible to assist Doctors/ consultants in routine patient consultations & any related procedure.
- Drawing blood sample to support phlebotomy procedure including support for home collections.
- Participation in promotional camps to support other team members as per business requirements.
- Supporting end to end clinical operations like attending patients, preparation of MIS reports, handling telephone calls for patients & providing support to other staff members.
- Handling Podiatry & other Diabetes Care procedure as per defined patient pathway.
- Counselling & Imparting right knowledge to Diabetic Patients
- Responsible for promotions of company packages & conversion for the revenue growth of the organization.




- Supporting & working on end to end clinical operations as per business requirements.
- Responsible for exemplar customer services to enhance/ improve net promoters score (NPS) at clinical unit.
- To provide support to clinical unit time to time basis as per company/ business requirements

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in handling Diabetic Patients or Elementary Knowledge about Diabetes
- Post Graduate(s)/ Graduate(s)/ Diploma holders in Nursing (M.Sc., B.Sc, GNM, ANM, Diploma in Nursing - Reg. must
- Freshers can also apply (however, preference will be from 1- 5 years)
