Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agentic AI Specialist to design, develop, and deploy intelligent autonomous agents and AI-driven workflows, leveraging LLMs, multi-agent architectures, and advanced automation frameworks to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implementation of agentic AI workflows leveraging frameworks such as Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into enterprise-grade applications.
- Develop reasoning, planning,



and decision-making capabilities for autonomous systems using GenAI and Agentic AI use cases, including RAG pipelines, vector stores, semantic layers, and knowledge graphs/ontologies
- Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases for clients, including decisioning, forecasting, anomaly detection, document intelligence, and conversational analytics
- Optimize AI models for scalability, cost-efficiency, and performance while maintaining security, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
- Define data readiness criteria and governance guardrails for responsible AI adoption within enterprise environments
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineering teams to bridge data platform capabilities with model training, fine-tuning, and inference pipelines
- Engage directly with CxO, CDO, and VP-level client stakeholders as a trusted advisor on data strategy and platform modernization
- Produce reference documents, roadmaps, strategy decks, and RFP/RFI responses
- Contribute to Korcomptenz's internal IP, including reference architectures, accelerators, and go-to-market collaterals
- Represent Korcomptenz at industry events, webinars, and client workshops as a subject matter expert

Requirements:

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in AI/ML.
- Hands on implementation experience in hierarchical/multi agentic frameworks on Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Hands-on implementation experience with GenAI solutions (RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, workflow orchestration) using vector databases and embeddings.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms especially Azure for AI workload deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
