Job Title: Finance Manager Villa & Plotted Development

Role Summary:

To handle complete finance operations for villa and plotted development projects including plot payments, contractor bills, customer collections, compliance, and project-wise reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Accounts Handling

- Maintain project-wise accounts for villas and plots.
- Track land cost, approval cost, development cost, and construction cost separately.
- Ensure proper accounting of customer advances and stage-wise payments (for villas).

2. Approval Payments

- Monitor statutory approval payments (DTCP/CMDA/local body charges).

3. Contractor & Development Payments

- Verify civil contractor RA bills before payment.
- Cross-check BOQ, work completion, and certification from Projects team.
- Maintain payable tracking sheet.

4. Customer Collections Monitoring

- Track plot booking amounts and agreement collections.
- Monitor villa construction stage-wise demand and collections.
- Coordinate with Sales & CRM for overdue payments.




- Handle refund and cancellation calculations.

5. Banking & Cash Flow

- Manage project accounts.
- Prepare weekly cash flow requirement for land, development, and construction.

6. Compliance & Taxation

- Ensure GST, TDS deduction and timely payments.
- Maintain RERA-related financial records.
- Support internal and statutory audits.

7. MIS & Reporting

- Prepare monthly project MIS.
- Track cost vs budget for development and villa construction.
- Share collection status and fund requirement report with management.

Qualification & Experience:

- CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com
- 6–10 years experience
- Mandatory experience in villa / plotted development projects

Key Skills:

- Strong knowledge of real estate project accounting
- Good understanding of land deals & JD structures
- GST & TDS handling
- Robust Excel skills
- Coordination with Sales, CRM & Projects team
