Strategic Chance

As the Vice President Product Engineering, Architecture & AI Innovation, you will play a foundational role in shaping the platform vision, architecture, product strategy, technology roadmap, AI innovation agenda, and future growth of the business.

Position Summary





We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented leader to own the product strategy, platform architecture, technology roadmap, AI innovation agenda, research initiatives, and product development execution for ALTIARIS. This executive will translate business vision into scalable enterprise products, guide architectural decisions, drive AI innovation, and lead cross-functional teams responsible for building and evolving the ALTIARIS platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own the multi-year vision, architecture, and roadmap for ALTIARIS.
- Lead Product Management, Product Engineering, Architecture, AI Innovation, and Research functions.
- Establish technology standards, architectural principles, and platform design patterns.
- Drive innovation across Generative AI, Agentic AI, Decision Intelligence, Knowledge Graphs, Enterprise Ontologies, Digital Twins, and Autonomous Operations.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance platform development.
- Own product lifecycle management from concept through commercialization and scale.
- Build and lead high-performing product managers, architects, engineers, and AI specialists.
- Create a structured innovation and incubation framework for future ALTIARIS capabilities.




- Engage with strategic customers and industry stakeholders to validate product direction and adoption.

Required Qualifications

- 15+ years of enterprise software, platform, or technology leadership experience.
- 8+ years leading Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Platform organizations.
- Proven success building enterprise SaaS, AI, Analytics, Data, or Platform products from concept to scale.
- Deep expertise in Data Analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data Platforms, and Enterprise Integration.
- Strong knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Data Lakes, APIs, Event-Driven Architectures, and Streaming Platforms.
- Experience managing cross-functional product and engineering organizations.
- Strong executive communication and leadership skills.
