Job Description Marketing Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Officer to support our automotive lighting business by managing sales planning activities, preparing management reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and experience in MIS reporting and sales data management within the automotive manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales and business performance.
- Develop and track sales plans, forecasts, and order status reports.
- Generate and analyze ECM (Engineering Change Management) reports and coordinate with cross-functional teams for updates and implementation status.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide periodic reports to management.
- Maintain accurate business data and dashboards for management reviews.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Planning, and Finance teams to ensure timely information flow.
- Support management in preparing presentations, business reports, and performance summaries.




- Analyze market and customer requirements and provide insights to improve business operations.
- Ensure data accuracy, report standardization, and timely submission of all business reports.
- Assist in customer coordination and support activities related to order tracking and project status.

Required Skills

- Experience in MIS Report Creation and Data Analysis.
- Knowledge of Sales Planning and Forecasting.
- Experience in ECM (Engineering Change Management) Reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards, Data Analysis).
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Solid communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the Automotive Lighting, Automotive Components, or Manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Experience

- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting, sales planning, or business coordination functions.
