- Develop and prepare drawings REVIT, Navis works, AutoCAD or associated programs based on direction and design provided by BIM Coordinator.
- Prepare detailed drawings in Revit or associated programs of proposed plans, facilities and infrastructure, prints of various original plans and records for internal and external company use.
- Work as a Team Member to coordinate design projects with Designers, Architects, Engineers and other Revit technicians.
- Utilize customized tools, utilities and scripts to automate work process and improve Revit productivity and efficiency in compliance the company Revit standards.
- BIM Modelling for specific design discipline.
- Work under direction of BIM Coordinator / Manager
- Ensure construction documents accuracy based on discipline BIM Modelling.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines design changes and model challenges.
- Adhere to BIM execution plan and BIM project work flow criteria.
- Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
- Develop discipline specific BIM Modelling content for Project.
- Print drawing sets for professional team and participate in discipline reviews.
- Prepare own discipline model and content for BIM Coordination meetings.
- Ability to export DWF and other formats for collaboration internally and externally.
- Good level of communication and writing skills.
- Lead and Guide the Team members.

For MEP/ Electrical BIM Engineers

Responsibilities:

- Develop LOD 300500 electrical BIM models.
- Review IFC drawings; align models with DEWA, SEC, ADDC, QCDD, ARAMCO standards.




- Manage containment systems, cable trays, trunking, busducts, lighting, and grounding.
- Conduct clash detection and coordination sessions (Navisworks).
- Coordinate with HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Structural teams.
- Review shop drawings, builders work drawings, and load schedules.
- Generate coordinated shop drawings.
- Maintain model standards per BEP.

Requirements:

- GCC / Middle East project modelling experience.
- Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks.
- Familiarity with ELV systems modelling.
- Experience with high-rise or mega commercial projects.

Preferred candidate profile

Gulf Project Working Experience Required. Minimum 2 years Experience in BIM/ Revit.4D knowledge will be an added advantage.
Software Knowledge Required

- Valuable knowledge in BIM platform such as REVIT, Navis Works.
- AutoCAD for drawing, drawing linkage and cleanup.
- General understanding of interoperability between software used to accomplish own discipline tasks.

To be successful in this role we envision Key personnel will have a minimum of 2 - 3 years of Revit experience with BIM proficiency and intermediate level use of imaging software preferred. This role will require personnel with minimum of Bachelor Degree in Civil and Building Services or Diploma equivalent, professional certification in Revit will be viewed favorably. Sr. BIM Engineer applicants should possess the relevant years of experience and must be capable to handle projects independently.
