Role Overview:
We are hiring across multiple levels (Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Lead) for our Compensation & Perks (C&B;) team within HR Shared Services.
The role involves supporting and managing compensation transactions, benefits administration, employee query resolution, payroll coordination, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance across HR systems.
Depending on experience, candidates will handle operational execution, case management, or team leadership and process governance.

Key Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits Operations
- Process salary updates, pay components, and one-time payments
- Manage employee benefit enrollments, changes, and validations
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in HR systems (Workday or similar)
Employee Query & Case Management
- Handle employee queries related to compensation, deductions, and perks
- Manage tickets through case management tools with proper documentation
- Resolve moderately complex cases and escalate when required
Data Accuracy & Compliance
- Perform validations to ensure error-free processing
- Maintain employee records, approvals, and documentation
- Support audit readiness and follow compliance guidelines
Payroll & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with payroll teams for pay-impacting transactions
- Ensure timely and accurate data handoffs
- Work with HR operations and internal stakeholders
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, and productivity reports
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
- Support SOP updates and knowledge sharing
Leadership Responsibilities (For Lead Role)
- Manage and guide a team of analysts
- Monitor productivity, SLAs, and queue management
- Act as escalation point for complex cases
- Drive quality checks, reporting, and continuous improvement

Skills Required:
- Experience in HR Operations / Payroll / Compensation & Benefits
- Working knowledge of HR systems (Workday preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
Education:
Bachelors degree in HR / Commerce / Business Administration / Finance or related field
