Role :- Delphix TDM Specialist

Experience:- 6-8 years

Location:- Mumbai, Pune, Indore, Chennai, Bangalore

Required Technical Skill Set:-

- Proven TDM Delivery: End-to-end experience implementing Delphix-based TDM across multi-environment SDLC (dev/test/UAT/pre-prod).
- Robust Data Masking Implementation: Ability to design and enforce masking rules with zero data leakage; hands-on with referential integrity across masked datasets.
- API & Automation Mindset: Experience building automation for provision/refresh/rewind workflows using Delphix APIs and integrating into DevOps pipelines.
- Database Proficiency: Solid SQL skills for validation, reconciliation, and test data sub setting; experience handling large datasets and complex schemas.
- Governance & Compliance: Working knowledge of data privacy, audit requirements, and evidence generation for compliance signoffs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience partnering with QA, Dev, DBA,



InfoSec, and Release Management teams; clear documentation and communication.
- Incident Response: Ability to triage, root-cause, and remediate TDM failures affecting release cycles or test readiness.
- Integration Tools: Experience with Informatica, IBM DataStage, or Talend for data movement and sub setting.
- Event-Driven Workflows: Familiarity with Kafka or queue-based triggers for data refresh workflows.
- Cloud-Native Exposure: Knowledge of AWS/Azure services relevant to databases, storage, networking, and secrets management.
- Data Quality & MDM: Experience with data quality tools, reference data management, or IBM Infosphere MDM for golden record alignment in test environments.
- Service Management: Workflow experience with ServiceNow (change/incident) and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).
