Role & responsibilities :

- Supervise end-to-end leather belt production from raw material to dispatch.
- Plan daily production schedules and achieve production targets.
- Inspect raw materials for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Select appropriate leather based on grade, thickness and product requirements.
- Optimize leather utilization and minimize material wastage.
- Set up and monitor production machinery and equipment.
- Supervise cutting, splitting, skiving, stitching and assembly operations.
- Oversee edge finishing, embossing, hole punching and buckle fitting.
- Ensure product quality through in-process and final inspections.
- Troubleshoot production and machine-related issues.
- Monitor productivity, quality, rejection and rework levels.
- Train, guide and supervise production operators.
- Maintain production, quality and inventory records.




- Coordinate with stores, maintenance, quality and dispatch teams.
- Ensure preventive machine maintenance and minimize downtime.
- Enforce safety, housekeeping and standard operating procedures.
- Support product development, sampling and recent product launches.
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
- Ensure timely packing, labeling and dispatch of finished goods.
