Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with 2-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the Pharma Distribution industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining financial records, and supporting financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and post journal entries, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash flow records.
- Process vendor payments and customer collections.
- Reconcile customer and supplier ledgers on a regular basis.
- Prepare GST workings and support GST, TDS,



and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

Eligibility Criteria

- 1-5 years of experience in Accounts, preferably in a Pharma Distribution or FMCG industry.
- Positive knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime, SAP, Busy, or ERP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
