Location: Shoolagiri, Tamil Nadu

Qualification

Essential: Full time Degree / Diploma in Science / Commerce from a recognized institute.

Desirable: Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Operations or General Management

Experience

Essential: 3-5 years of experience in Raw Material Handling Sorting / Cold Refining activities in manufacturing sector.

Desire: Experience in metal industry.

Exposure to Shredder and sensor-based sorting systems will be an added advantage.

Deployment Plan

The selected candidate will be initially deployed into regular Plant Operations, where the candidate will be familiar with technology, process / SOPs / culture. Later, they will locate at Shoolagiri Project site for, actively contributing to plant setup, commissioning support, process stabilization, and operational readiness.

Job Responsibilities

During Project Phase

- Support installation and commissioning of shredders and sorting equipment.
- Assist in layout planning and process flow finalization for raw material handling.
- Support trial runs and parameter setting for sorting efficiency.




- Coordinate manpower planning for operational readiness.

During Plant Operations

- Oversee Raw Material Handling Sorting / Cold Refining operations during shifts.
- Ensure achievement of production, quantity, quality, cost, and mix targets.
- Coordinate manpower and machine availability as per production plan.
- Supervise sorters for safety, discipline, and productivity.
- Ensure uptime and smooth functioning of sorting and handling equipment.
- Maintain adherence to quality standards and process parameters.

General Criteria
