Business Analyst

Job Description:

As an Engagement Product Business Analyst specializing in Product & Business Analysis, with expertise in P2P, O2C,R2R, Finance & Banking processes, Gen AI, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning skills, you will play a pivotal role in client interactions and project delivery. With over of experience, your responsibilities will include gathering client requirements, analyzing business processes, and leveraging your expertise to integrate cutting-edge AI/ML technologies to deliver high impact solutions.

Must Have:

- Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting or Banking/Insurance domains. Familiarity with supply chain and customer operational business knowledge is a plus.
- Extensive experience in end-to-end process automation in any one area of P2P, O2C, R2R, Finance, Banking, or Supply Chain.
- Comprehensive understanding of client applications such as Blackline, Highradius, and ERP workflows.
- A Bachelors/ Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field is usually required. Advanced degrees such as an MBA or relevant certifications in business analysis or project management can be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives,



challenges, and requirements.
- Establish and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle.

- Requirements Analysis:

- Gather and analyze client requirements related to P2P processes, Gen AI, and AI/ML integration.
- Translate client needs into actionable insights, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

- Gen AI and AI/ML Integration:

- Contribute expertise in integrating Generative AI and advanced AI/ML technologies to enhance product features.
- Create solution proposal with As - Is, To be process details along with complete requirements gathered from client in more effective way.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML solutions based on client requirements.

- User Story Development:

- Develop detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, focusing on client-specific requirements and expectations.
- Prioritize user stories based on business value, client impact, and technical feasibility.

- Project Delivery:

- Play a key role in project planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project timelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.

- Training and Support:

- Provide training and support to clients on implemented solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption.
- Address client queries and concerns throughout the engagement.
