Job Description :

- Provide L2/L3 production support for AS400 applications.
- Monitor system performance and resolve incidents within SLA.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to COBOL, SQL, and CL programs.
- Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
- Perform batch job monitoring and ensure timely completion of scheduled jobs.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for processes and incident resolutions.
- Participate in on-call support and adhere to shift timings (2 PM 11 PM IST).
- 10+ years of experience in AS400 production support.
- Solid programming skills in COBOL, SQL, and CL.
- Hands-on experience with job scheduling and monitoring tools.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
