TCS is hiring for Pega Admin

Exp: 6+ years

Location: Chennai

- Install, configure, and administer Pega Platform environments.
- Manage Pega application deployments across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and hotfix installations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Configure and maintain application servers, web servers, and databases supporting Pega.
- Manage user access, authentication, and security settings.
- Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Pega deployments.
- Analyze system logs and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business teams for workplace management and release activities.
- Ensure platform stability, scalability, and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills





- Strong experience in Pega Administration and platform support.
- Knowledge of Pega Platform 7.x/8.x administration.
- Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
- Understanding of WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, or JBoss application servers.
- Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of Pega deployment methodologies and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with SSL, LDAP, SSO, and security configurations.
- Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis.

Preferred Skills

- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or relevant Pega certifications.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of Jenkins, Git, Ansible, or other DevOps tools.
- Scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, PowerShell).
