About the Role

We are looking for a warm, energetic, and compassionate KG Mother Teacher to provide a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for kindergarten students. The ideal candidate should foster children s social, emotional, and early academic development through play-based and activity-oriented learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct engaging classroom activities suitable for young learners.
- Support children s early literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
- Create a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Observe and monitor each child s progress and communicate with parents when required.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and team planning activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree with B.Ed. or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Preferred).
- Experience teaching kindergarten or preschool students is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to create a joyful, interactive, and child-friendly learning environment.
