Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR Generalist activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, HR module development, MIS reporting, and HR process implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Execute HR operations and maintain employee lifecycle records.
- Develop and improve HR modules, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Track HR metrics including recruitment, attrition, manpower, attendance, and employee data.
- Coordinate employee engagement, training,



and performance management initiatives.
- Ensure statutory and company policy compliance.
- Maintain HRMS data accuracy and documentation.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, leave, and attendance records.
- Support organizational development and HR projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR from a reputed B-School.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Experience in HR module development and HRMS will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
- Positive attitude, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
