- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding to offer rollout and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and workforce planning.
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role fit, skills, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders and ensure timely feedback.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate compensation packages in alignment with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent availability.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
- 1-6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in management consulting, Staffing or professional services firms
Preferred Background:
- Experience hiring for consulting roles such as strategy, operations, and manufacturing.
- Exposure to lateral and leadership hiring
- Should be from Non-IT Background only
