Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Controls Engineering & Digital Twin to lead Industrial Automation and Digital Twin projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PLC, SCADA, Industrial Automation, IIoT, and IT/OT integration, along with solid project management and customer-facing skills.

The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end automation projects, designing industrial control solutions, implementing Digital Twin technologies, and delivering real-time operational intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Controls Engineering and Digital Twin projects.
- Manage industrial automation projects involving PLC, SCADA, and control systems.




- Design and implement Digital Twin and IIoT solutions.
- Develop automation architectures based on customer requirements.
- Integrate manufacturing equipment with enterprise IT systems.
- Manage process improvements and equipment design changes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, and Product Management.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure project quality standards.
- Troubleshoot automation systems and support project execution.
- Build strong relationships with OEM customers and provide technical support.
- Ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget.
