- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle GoldenGate topologies for real-time data replication, synchronization, and migration across heterogeneous environments.

- Perform installation, configuration, patching, and version upgrades of GoldenGate for on-premises and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/OCI).

- Analyze source and target database architectures and define replication strategies to ensure high availability, scalability, and zero-downtime solutions.

- Monitor, tune, and troubleshoot GoldenGate processes including Extract, Pump, Replicat, and integrated capture/replicate for performance and latency optimization.

- Develop and maintain custom scripts for automation, monitoring, and failover using Linux/Unix shell, Python, or relevant scripting tools.

- Work on end-to-end data migration and modernization projects, including schema comparison,



initial load, CDC implementation, conflict detection, and error handling.

- Collaborate with DBAs, data architects, and application teams to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable data movement across environments.

- Prepare deployment documentation, runbooks, SOPs, operational guidelines, and knowledge transfer content for long-term support teams.

- Participate in disaster recovery (DR) planning, validation, and failover testing using GoldenGate and related HA/DR tools.

- Provide production support with on-call readiness, issue resolution, RCA documentation, and continuous improvement recommendations.
