Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Civil Engineering graduates to join our team as Trainees. The role involves working on Tekla-based concrete modeling and precast detailing. Candidates should have a strong foundation in civil engineering concepts and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Tekla Concrete modeling and precast detailing
- Perform structural detailing, modeling, and checking
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Ensure accuracy and quality in deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
- Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes
Eligibility Criteria:
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (2025 or 2026 pass-outs only)
- Strong understanding of civil engineering fundamentals
- Positive English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of structural drawings/detailing is an added advantage
Preferred Skills:
- Interest in Tekla Structures / Precast Modeling
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
