- Operate and monitor production machines efficiently
- Perform machine setup and basic adjustments
- Ensure production targets are achieved
- Inspect finished products for quality standards
- Report machine issues or breakdowns to supervisors
- Maintain production records and reports
- Follow safety and company guidelines
- Keep machines and work area clean and organized
- Support maintenance activities when required
- Handle raw materials and finished goods safely
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates with ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical are preferred
- Understanding of production and quality standards
- Experience in manufacturing or factory setting
