We're Hiring: Learning & Development (L&D;) Executive

Position: Learning & Development (L&D;) Executive
Location: Vanagaram, Chennai
Experience: 1 - 3Years
Qualification: MBA (HR) / Master's in HR, Psychology, Learning & Development, or a related field
Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs for employees across various functions.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify skill development requirements.
- Design, develop, and update learning content, presentations, SOPs, and training materials.
- Facilitate induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
- Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, reports, and learning documentation.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify learning gaps and recommend development initiatives.
- Support employee engagement, leadership development,



and career development programs.
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) records (if applicable) and ensure timely reporting.

Requirements:

- 1 - 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Experience in creating engaging learning content using PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple training initiatives.
