Powerhive is looking for an experienced Head of Production to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for our state-of-the-art BESS manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead production across Module, LV Pack, HV Pack, Rack Assembly, Container Integration, and Final Testing.
- Drive production planning, productivity, quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
- Improve OEE, FPY, throughput, and manufacturing efficiency through Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Collaborate with Quality, Process Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and R&D; teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead and develop high-performing production teams while supporting current product introduction (NPI) and capacity expansion.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics,
Production, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 8 years in a production leadership role.
- Strong experience in Lithium-ion Battery, BESS, EV Battery Pack, Automotive, Electronics, or Energy Storage manufacturing.
- Hands-on expertise in high-volume manufacturing, production excellence, and people management.
