Role: ServiceNow Developer (Lead)
Desired Experience Range: 8-10 Years
Location: PAN India.

Role Summary-

The ServiceNow Developer Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and support of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. The role requires strong technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform, leadership capabilities, stakeholder management, and the ability to mentor development teams while ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards.

Roles Responsibilities-

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and platform best practices.
- Provide technical leadership to the development team through code reviews, mentoring, and solution guidance.
- Develop and support ServiceNow customizations, integrations, workflows, and automations using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.




- Ensure platform stability, performance, security, and compliance through governance and adherence to ServiceNow standards.
- Manage project delivery, effort estimation, release planning, and issue resolution while driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Preferred Skills-

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SPM modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Experience in Service Portal, Employee Center, Workspaces, and custom application development using App Engine.
- Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps practices, source control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and team mentoring skills.
