Position: Deputy Manager

Industry: Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily facility operations and ensure seamless service delivery.

- Lead and manage site operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.

- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Manage manpower planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations.

- Prepare operational reports, conduct reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Support business growth through operational excellence and effective stakeholder management.





Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

6–10 years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Facility Management, Manufacturing, or Corporate Services.

Solid leadership, team management, and client relationship management skills.

Experience in handling large teams, vendor management, and operational planning.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
