We are hiring an experienced Group Leader HCC Specialty to lead and manage operations teams effectively. The ideal candidate must have strong team handling experience and solid knowledge in Risk Adjustment / HCC coding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead HCC operations team
• Monitor productivity and quality metrics
• Ensure SLA adherence
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback
• Drive process improvements and team efficiency
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Medical Coding
• Current designation equivalent to Team Lead
• Robust experience in HCC Specialty
• Proven Team Handling experience
• Certification Mandatory (Any Coding Certification)
• Preferred Immediate Joiners - Notice Acceptable
