We are looking for a skilled, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales Manager to join Hyundai Welding and lead the business expansion for welding consumables and equipment in the South India region.

Role & responsibilities:

You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Hyundai Weldings premium range of welding consumables and equipment within your assigned territory.

Assigned Territory & Openings:

- Chennai Region (Resident of Chennai) : 1 Position
- Telangana / Karnataka Region (Resident of Hyderabad or Bengaluru) : 1 Position

Office: Hyundai Welding India Pvt. Ltd. (Chennai Office)

Main role of our Sales Manager will be:

- Sales & Market Expansion: Promote and sell Hyundai Welding's comprehensive range of welding consumables and advanced welding equipment across target industries in South India.
- Account & Partner Management: Build, maintain, and expand strong long-term business relationships with key direct clients, industrial end-users, and distribution networks.
- New Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities, analyze client technical requirements, and deliver technical sales presentations to secure new business.
- Market Intelligence & Target Achievement: Monitor competitor activities, market trends,



and pricing strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Preferred candidate prole:

- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in Sales, Technical Sales, or Marketing within the Welding Consumables or Welding Equipment Industry is highly preferred.
- Education:
- UG: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related technical field.
- PG: M.Tech in Engineering(Specialized in Welding Consumables, Welding Equipment, Metallurgy, or Production) is highly preferred.

- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required. Proficiency in Tamil and Hindi (ability in all 3 languages: English / Tamil / Hindi) is strongly preferred for covering diverse regional client bases.
- Mobility: Must be willing and able to travel across India on short notice (including same-day business trips) to support client needs.
- Key Skills: Robust negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a target-driven mindset.

Remuneration & Compensation

- Base Salary: $1,400+ per month (Negotiable based on candidate's capability & experience)
- Salary increase: Annual salary review based on company policy and inflation rates.
- Annual bonus: Annual performance-based bonus differentiated by individual performance evaluation.
