Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations using Manhattan WMS software, ensuring efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to stock levels, shipments, and customer orders.
- Develop and maintain documentation of all warehouse processes, including procedures and SOPs.
- Analyze data from MWS reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with IT team to troubleshoot technical issues related to MWS system.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in JDA WMS, WMS, WMOS & MANHATTAN WMS systems.
- Solid understanding of retail logistics concepts such as order fulfillment, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
