Job Description: Microsoft Trainings Manager (MCT)

Job Responsibilities

- Training Program Management: Own and manage multiple Microsoft training programs across clients simultaneously (virtual, onsite, hybrid).
- End-to-End Lifecycle Ownership: Define and execute the complete training lifecycle including planning, scheduling, approvals, delivery, reporting, and closure.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams, clients, trainers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and high satisfaction.
- Vendor & Trainer Coordination: Work closely with external training partners and certified trainers to align delivery with requirements and timelines.
- Training Operations: Manage training requests, batch planning, trainer allocation, logistics, and execution governance.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps and continuously improve training processes, automation, tracking, and delivery efficiency.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients for all training-related discussions, escalations, and reporting.
- Catalog Alignment: Understand the training catalog deeply and ensure the right programs are mapped to client needs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure training quality, feedback collection, trainer effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track KPIs such as utilization, completion rates, feedback scores, and business impact.
- Internal L&D; Enablement: Drive learning and development initiatives for internal teams, ensuring continuous upskilling aligned with Microsoft technologies.

Skills Set Required

- 5+ years of experience in training management / program management / L&D; operations
- Must be a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
- Strong experience managing enterprise training programs
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and parallel requests
- Experience working with external vendors and trainer ecosystems
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technology stack (Azure, M365, AI, Data, Security, Power Platform, etc.)
- Excellent planning, coordination, and execution skills
- Strong communication, reporting, and client-facing experience
- Familiarity with training tools, LMS platforms, and reporting dashboards
