- 810+ years of experience in BI/Data Analytics, with deep specialization in Power BI, DAX, SQL. for at least 7 years.
- Mandatory Microsoft PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) certification with proven application in real-time production deployments.
- Expertise in advanced DAX patterns (complex measures, time intelligence functions, context transition, performance optimization using DAX Studio)
- Solid proficiency in SQL, including query plan analysis, indexing strategies, and handling large-scale datasets
- Experience in Snowflake integration with Power BI, including writing retrieval queries for data validation
- Solid understanding of data modeling (star schema, SCDs, aggregation tables, hybrid models)
- Hands-on experience in Power BI Service,



including dataflows creation and incremental refresh
- Experience in Power BI workspace administration (RLS/OLS, access control, governance, deployment pipelines)
- Exposure to AI-enabled features in Power BI (AI visuals, Q&A;, integration with Azure ML/Fabric for advanced analytics insights)
- Experience in performance optimization for large datasets (>1GB models) and production issue troubleshooting
- Experience in financial risk & compliance domain, including Fraud Analytics, AML, KYC, Intelligence & Investigations, Gifts & Entertainment reporting, with the ability to work in critical, high-pressure client environments
