Basic Skills:

- Load Balancing: Working knowledge of F5 LTM/GTM, VIPRION, and application traffic management concepts including VIPs, pools, SNAT, and SSL/PKI.
- DNS/DHCP & Proxy: Experience with Infoblox DNS/DHCP, proxy technologies such as Zscaler or Bluecoat, and basic automation/scripting.
- Troubleshooting: Proficiency with diagnostic tools including Wireshark, tcpdump, traceroute, nslookup, and dig for network and application connectivity issues.
- Networking: Strong expertise in routing protocols including EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP, and switching technologies such as Cisco ACI, NX-OS, VLANs, VPC, HSRP/VRRP, Catalyst, ASR, and CSR.
- Security: Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls, preferably Fortigate, with exposure to Checkpoint or Juniper advantageous.
- Monitoring & Tools:



Experience with network monitoring and automation tools such as Spectrum, NetBrain, Observe, and Ansible.
- Solid years of experience in network operations or support within large enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to operate in 24x7 global support models with strong ownership and accountability.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management, and tools such as ServiceNow.
- Strong foundation in enterprise networking concepts, infrastructure operations, and incident lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated experience supporting business-critical network services in a controlled enterprise environment.
