Mission
- Create and maintain Engineering BOM (EBOM) and Manufacturing BOM (MBOM).
- Analyze product structures and ensure correct part hierarchy.
- Validate part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and attributes.
- Manage BOM changes due to engineering modifications.
- Process Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Notices (ECN).
- Perform BOM comparison and gap analysis between different vehicle versions.
- Maintain part lifecycle information (current, modified, obsolete, replaced parts).
- Support spare parts/service BOM creation.
- Ensure BOM accuracy before vehicle production milestones.
- Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supplier, and After Sales teams.
- Perform data quality checks in PLM systems.
