Job Purpose

As a Deputy Manager - Website he / she will be responsible for maintaining and managing the TVS Credit Official website and content management across various sections of the website.

- Own end-to-end management and maintenance of the TVS Credit official website.
- Oversee content governance and updates across all sections, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Drive continuous optimization to deliver a seamless, user-friendly, and business-aligned digital experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Operations & Management

- Own and manage the company website(s) ensuring uptime, speed, and seamless functionality.
- Regularly audit website performance, UX/UI, and content quality.
- Manage CMS platforms WordPress,
- Coordinate with developers/agencies for bug fixes, upgrades, and recent feature implementations.

2. Content Management

- Oversee publishing, updating, and archiving of website content.
- Ensure content is SEO-optimized, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate, plan and execute website updates, enhancements, and campaigns with content, design, and marketing teams for landing pages, campaigns, and product updates.

3. Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with marketing, product, IT, and external agencies.
- Act as the central point of contact for all website-related initiatives.
- Manage vendors and ensure timely delivery of projects.

4. Compliance & Security





- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal governance policies.

- Coordinate with IT/Network teams for website security, backups, and vulnerability management.
- Maintain adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG) and regulatory requirements.

Conduct periodic website audits as per SOPs to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and consistency, and drive timely updates with stakeholders.

Experience

2 to 6 years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or similar roles.

Proven experience managing large-scale or high-traffic websites.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies/vendors.

Strong expertise in WordPress CMS management, including content publishing and troubleshooting.

Good understanding of AWS-based hosting environments and coordination for uptime and performance.

Ability to manage the end-to-end website lifecycle (enhancements, releases, maintenance).

Knowledge of SEO principles, web performance metrics, and optimization techniques.

Experience in driving cross-functional collaboration for campaigns and digital journeys.

Understanding of website security, compliance, and governance practices.

Ability to analyse website performance and user behaviour using analytical tools like Google Analytics (GA4, Microsoft Clarity, etc.) and similar platforms to derive actionable insights.
