About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Python with 2+ years of experience to join our AI Automation team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and AI-powered workflow automation. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes across healthcare, finance, and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python and Automation platforms.
- Build AI-powered automation workflows integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), OCR, Computer Vision, and NLP technologies.
- Develop agents to automate web portals, desktop applications, APIs, databases, and document processing.
- Design and consume REST APIs, JSON/XML data, and third-party integrations.
- Develop intelligent document processing solutions using OCR and AI.
- Integrate AI models such as OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Claude,
or Gemini into automation workflows.
- Work with browser automation frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium.
- Develop reusable automation components and frameworks.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize bot performance.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to understand automation requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation and deployment guides.
