Job Role: Workday Tester

Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Kochi, Bhubaneswar

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Workday Tester with 5-9 years of experience to support a Workday Finance implementation project. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Workday Financials testing, Data Migration Testing, and end-to-end validation of finance business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, integration, system, and UAT testing for Workday Finance implementations.
- Validate data migration from legacy systems to Workday Financials.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Verify data accuracy, completeness, and integrity after migration.
- Log, track, and manage defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to resolve issues.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression, and post-deployment validation activities.
- Prepare test reports and ensure quality standards are met.
