Role & responsibilities
1. Build and maintain solid client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to address queries and ensure satisfaction.
2. Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including presenting and aligning initial service packages with client needs.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful delivery of promised services.
4. Track client interactions, gather feedback, and proactively improve client experience and retention.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Preferring only Male Candidates
2. Candidates with a minimum of 9 months of experience (10th and 12th 56% and ug as mandatory)or 2026 graduates(10th and 12th with 65% &college; with 50%) are eligible to apply.
3. Must own a bike, Android mobile, and laptop.
