Key Responsibilities

- Oversee endtoend design and development of e-Axle and related components, ensuring performance, efficiency, reliability, and safety compliance.
- Create and review scheme/layout designs, 3D CAD models, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Perform CAE strength analysis and gear analysis to validate structural integrity and functional robustness.
- Support to crossfunctional teams including manufacturing, testing, quality, and project management.
- Participate in project and design reviews, contributing to technical decisionmaking and strategic discussions.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical reports and documentation, covering design processes, analyses, outcomes, and improvement recommendations.
- Mentor and develop engineers, promoting continuous learning, best practices, and technical excellence.
- Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines while maintaining high quality and engineering standards.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in eAxle, and transmission system, integrating current insights into product development.





Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
- 5 to 15 years of experience in mechanical design within the automotive industry.
- Strong background in transmission systems or eAxle technology or geartrain design, and housing design and development.
- Proficiency in engineering tools and systems:
- NX (CAD/CAE)
- KISS soft (Gear Analysis)
- SMARAGD & PLATON (Drawing release / PLM systems)
